"Brilliant service. I called them out on a Sunday pm when my car wouldn't start in a supermarket car park. I got a call within about ten minutes from a technician, giving me his ETA of 15 minutes. The chap who came out was calm, knowledgeable and reassuring - despite having to negotiate the busy car park full of unhelpful shoppers. He diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes and had my car up on his truck within 5. He had returned me and my car home within half an hour. He even gave me some tips on where to get a new part. Thank you!"

"Called the AA at midnight Christmas night as clutch peddle failed. They sent Richard from Ravenscroft. He arrived at 01.30 which I thought was pretty good considering which day it was. He managed to get me on my way, it could have been so much worse if I'd had to be taken to a garage. Richard had only had about 3 hours with his family on Christmas day and was going on to another job after mine. Thank you Richard for your help."

"Ravenscroft attended my breakdown on 23rd December. The mechanic (I'm sorry I can't recall his name) arrived much sooner than expected, he was polite and efficient and reset the computer in my car and got it going again. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Splendid work done to help my non-starting car. Robert arrived way earlier than expected, having also phoned beforehand too to let me know of his arrival time. He thought that the fault could have been a starter motor, or a crankshaft sensor and recommended that he recover the car to a local BMW garage, which - it turns out, both he and I use. Perfect. "My name is Ray . My company van broke down 394703 was job number which the driver gave me when I asked as for ref to leave a review . The AA told me I would get recovered at 2315 hours however Robert the driver phoned me to give an eta of approx 1840 wow what a difference . In a matter of minutes I was loaded and on my way home . Courteous , confident and friendly are just some of the words I could use to describe my experience . Breaking down some distance from home is daunting enough but instantly became bearable by how I was treated. Job well done"

"Today I experienced my first breakdown.  My insurance company use a company called Ravenscroft Breakdown Service and I'm glad they did. I got told I would wait 90 minutes, but Dan was there within 15 minutes! He was absolutely lovely, very friendly and professional, helpful and reassured me. He explained everything to me and was very speedy and took me to my required garage. I can honestly say Dan deserves 5 Stars and more because his customer service skills are awesome!.
